Kristen F. Shearin
I chose to study family law because I wanted to work directly with families and children. Going through a separation and divorce is one of the most difficult challenges your entire family will face. I'm committed to making the process as painless as possible for everyone involved in order to allow your family to move forward in a new direction as quickly as possible.
Working with both fathers and mothers, and as a mother of two young children myself, I understand the challenges of creating a parenting plan that make sense for everyone involved. I enjoy working as part of the firm's support team in order to ensure that you achieve the best possible outcome for you and your children.
Obtaining a fair and equitable settlement is the first step in helping you achieve financial independence. I am available to offer assistance in gathering documentation and helping everyone stay organized throughout the settlement process because financial stability is critical to your future success.
Family law is a difficult and complex area of law. Clients come to the office at a difficult time in their lives with very personal, important and private issues. I really enjoy helping to guide clients through the process and helping to assist in giving them the knowledge they need to move forward.
